Mike Bruce has been interviewed by Insurance Times regarding GRP’s plans for 2021.
Covering a spectrum of exciting opportunities over the coming year, Mike observed of the Group’s fast start to 2021 and strong pipeline of acquisitions, that the GRP acquisition model continues to be highly attractive: “In a hard market, post covid trading environment, being a part of a bigger business helps people”.
Mike also discussed plans for Marsh Networks, which will transform under GRP ownership from a multi branded offering to a single but flexible proposition under the “Hedron” brand:
“It is a question of attracting more members, broadening the offering to member brokers and their customers both from a product and service proposition.”
On the GRP digital difference, Mike explained that the Group’s strategy of digitising simple processes allows staff to focus on more complex tasks and on delivering a great service:
“It’s all about blending digital interactions with customers and choosing the appropriate time to do so. We are trying to automate simple processes, but what comes through loud and clear from customers is that they like to have personal contact”
